Shop Policy
Our items are created upon order. Due to our limited quantity of materials on hand we offer exchanges for items with functional defects only. Please inspect your item and inform us within 7 days of receiving it for any functional defects.
The items must be returned unused and post marked within 5 days of notification and with Edwardian Renaissance shops approval. Exchanges/Returns will not be accepted without our approval or after this time frame.
All Sales are Final Sale. Please understand that all of the items are created and made to order especially for you at the time of purchase. We take a lot of care into making your order, inspecting, wrapping and packing, because of this our policy is Final Sale for all items.
All measurements are in the item's descriptions. Questions are always welcome for any clarification or to get additional information. We promptly answer any and all of your questions.
